Our Professional Staff

With over 30 years of leadership in healthcare operations in both clinic and hospital settings, Katie brings extensive experience in financial and operational management, compliance, human resources and staff leadership to the team.

Jori joined our team in 2018. She and her family moved to Olympia and she began her career with us as a front desk/Patient Care Coordinator. Jori quickly demonstrated her passion for helping patients and ensuring a smooth process for patients and staff.

Kelly brings a strong background in customer service, communication, and community engagement to her role at Complete Hearing & Balance. Before entering the hearing healthcare field, she spent nearly two decades in Seattle’s fine dining industry, where she developed exceptional multitasking skills, adaptability, and a talent for anticipating the needs of others.

Maddi earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Central Washington University and previously worked as an Audiology Assistant at two hearing care centers before joining Complete Hearing & Balance. She is currently enrolled in the Hearing Aid Specialist Training Program through the Washington Hearing Society as she works toward becoming a Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Jacey joined Complete Hearing & Balance as a Patient Care Coordinator and Referral Coordinator. Her dedication and skill quickly led to her promotion to her current role as Audiology Assistant. She holds an associate’s degree in pre-nursing, providing a strong clinical foundation that supports her work with patients every day. 

Jamie joined our practice in 2023 and has quickly become an integral part of our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, Jamie excels in assisting patients from their very first point of contact through every step of their hearing aid journey.

Ashley is a valued addition to the Complete Hearing & Balance team. As our Lead Patient Care Coordinator, she serves as a key liaison between patients, their families, and our hearing health providers.

Makayla is a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator and Billing Specialist with experience in patient support, administrative coordination, and medical billing. She helps guide patients through the often complex world of insurance and healthcare services with confidence and clarity.

Julie brings more than 35 years of healthcare experience to her role at Complete Hearing & Balance. Her primary focus is processing referrals, though she also supports patients in many aspects of care coordination throughout the clinic.

Winter serves as a Patient Care Coordinator at Complete Hearing & Balance. She earned her Associate of Arts degree from South Puget Sound Community College and began her career working in billing roles within a variety of medical clinics, gaining experience in both ophthalmology and audiology practices throughout Thurston County.

Vivian is originally from Nairobi, Kenya, and moved to the United States in the summer of 2021 to further her education. She holds a degree in Business Information Technology as well as an associate degree in Information Systems, with specializations in Project Management and E-commerce.
