About

Adrianna is a Patient Care Coordinator at Complete Hearing & Balance and is currently training to become an Audiology Assistant. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from Washington State University, where she competed as a Division I rower. Her experience as a student-athlete strengthened her work ethic, adaptability, discipline, and appreciation for teamwork.

Before joining Complete Hearing & Balance, Adrianna worked in nonprofit event organization, marketing, and hospitality. These roles helped her develop strong communication skills and a people-centered approach to her work. She believes quality care begins with listening and understanding each patient’s needs, concerns, lifestyle, and goals. Her priority is helping patients feel heard, comfortable, and supported throughout their hearing-care journey.

Adrianna was drawn to audiology by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She especially enjoys building relationships with patients and seeing how better hearing can help people reconnect with loved ones and participate more confidently in everyday life.

Born and raised in Olympia, Adrianna enjoys hiking, camping, protecting biodiversity, and learning new languages. She studied abroad in Busan, South Korea, where she practiced speaking Korean and connected with people from different backgrounds. She also loves traveling, learning about different cultures, and spending time near Puget Sound with her Shih Tzus—often dressed in the bows and sweaters she makes for them.
