We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At Complete Hearing & Balance, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our staff has many years of expertise in hearing healthcare, and is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.
We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.

Alison Vega, Au.D., ABA, CH-TM
Doctor of Audiology / Founder
Dr. Vega brings over twenty-five years of professional hearing health experience to Olympia. A native of the Northwest, she obtained her bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Western Washington University and her doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from Utah State University.

Dr. Luke Pickar earned his Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders, with a minor in English, and went on to complete his Clinical Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) at Western Washington University.

Hope Wallen, B.A., Audiology Extern
Audiology Resident
Hope is student at Pacific University in Hillsboro, OR and is completing her clinical hours as she prepares for graduation with her doctorate degree in audiology, in August of 2026. Hope first joined our practice in 2024 for a few weeks of clinical training and then returned to spend an entire year with us as she completes her doctoral training.

Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Chelsea Ingrim earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the Washington State University in 2014, and a Doctorate of Audiology degree from Pacific University in 2017. She joined Complete Hearing & Balance in 2022. She has a diverse clinical background, and has evaluated and treated patients of all ages in hospitals, ENT clinics, and the VA.
