Meet Makayla

Makayla is a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator and Billing Specialist with experience in patient support, administrative coordination, and medical billing. She helps guide patients through the often complex world of insurance and healthcare services with confidence and clarity. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Makayla is focused on combining her healthcare experience with business knowledge to improve efficiency and patient care outcomes.

Before joining Complete Hearing & Balance, Makayla worked in medical administration within eye care practices, where her roles initially focused on the technical side of patient care. During that time, she developed a strong interest in insurance processing and medical billing, leading her to specialize in helping patients better understand their coverage and benefits.

Known for her direct and honest communication style, Makayla is especially skilled at navigating the insurance process. She is compassionate, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to advocating for patients, working diligently with insurance companies to help ensure patients receive the coverage and benefits to which they are entitled.

A Washington native, Makayla enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Bubs and Nugget. Outside of work and school, she enjoys baking, cooking, gardening, and staying busy with homework and creative projects.
