Our staff has many years of expertise in hearing healthcare, and is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.
We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Alison Vega, Au.D., ABA, CH-TM
Doctor of Audiology / Founder
Dr. Vega brings over twenty-five years of professional hearing health experience to Olympia. A native of the Northwest, she obtained her bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Western Washington University and her doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from Utah State University.

Doctor of Audiology
Chelsea Ingrim, Au.D., CCC-A, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the Washington State University in 2014, and a Doctorate of Audiology degree from Pacific University in 2017. She joined Complete Hearing and Balance in 2022. She has a diverse clinical background, and has evaluated and treated patients of all ages in hospitals, ENT clinics, and the VA. She performs diagnostic hearing evaluations and provides comprehensive hearing aid care using evidence-based practice.
