We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At Complete Hearing & Balance, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our staff has many years of expertise in hearing healthcare, and is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.
We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.

Alison Vega, Au.D.
Doctor Of Audiology/Owner
Dr. Vega brings over twenty years of professional hearing health experience to Olympia. A native of the Northwest, she obtained her bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Western Washington University and her doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from Utah State University.

Doctor of Audiology/Clinical Director
Dr. Jessica Henderson, also a northwest native, received both her undergraduate degree and her Doctor of Audiology degree (Au.D.) from the University of Washington. Since she began her career, Dr. Hesson has practiced audiology in Ear, Nose, and Throat clinics as well as at Veteran’s Affairs clinics.

Chelsea Ingrim, Au.D., CCC-A, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the Washington State University in 2014, and a Doctorate of Audiology degree from Pacific University in 2017. She joined Complete Hearing and Balance in 2022. She has a diverse clinical background, and has evaluated and treated patients of all ages in hospitals, ENT clinics, and the VA. She performs diagnostic hearing evaluations and provides comprehensive hearing aid care using evidence-based practice.

Dr. Erin Catob is a proud Pacific Northwest transplant originally from sunny Florida. She earned her undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Florida before embarking on a distinguished career in the U.S. Army as a Medical Service Officer. Dr. Catob's journey brought her to the Pacific Northwest in 2015, where she was stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
