Becci Ryder brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our team as Chief Operating Officer. She has spent a decade as the COO of a chiropractic office, preceded by 15 years in the tourism industry

Jori joined our team in 2018. She and her family moved to Olympia and she began her career with us as a front desk/Patient Care Coordinator. Jori quickly demonstrated her passion for helping patients and ensuring a smooth process for patients and staff.

With over 30 years of experience in customer service, Pam Bond is dedicated to helping and teaching people. Her passion for assisting others and her extensive expertise ensure that every patient receives exceptional care.

With three years of combined experience in patient care, Jacey Hemmig joined CHB in January 2022 as a Patient Care Coordinator and Referral Coordinator. Her dedication and skill quickly earned her a promotion to Audiology Technician in August 2022. Jacey holds an associate's degree in pre-nursing, bringing a strong educational foundation to her role.

Ariana Blandford joined our team in November 2023. With seven years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Ariana has developed a robust skill set in patient care and support.

Bre brings a unique blend of skills and experience to her role. With a background that includes working as a C-level executive assistant and experience in the fast-paced hospitality industry, Bre has developed a strong foundation in organization, attention to detail, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, a testament to her creative spirit and diverse interests.

As the Front Desk Lead at Complete Hearing and Balance, Amanda Orr brings over 21 years of customer service experience and 5 years of patient care expertise to our team. Having been with us for nearly a year, Amanda is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels welcome and well cared for.

With a rich background spanning 16 years in the healthcare field, April Elwood brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as Patient Care Coordinator. April's expertise includes two years in billing and an impressive 20 years in customer service, ensuring she provides exceptional support and care to our patients.

Jamie Mozingo joined our practice in 2023 and has quickly become an integral part of our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, Jamie excels in assisting patients from their very first point of contact through every step of their hearing aid journey.

Rachel Marlowe brings 22 years of experience in customer service, with 13 of those years as a lead administrator and trainer. She has a passion for helping people improve their experiences and quality of life. Rachel has also worked with developmentally delayed children, adding to her diverse skill set.

Kim brings over 21 years of combined experience in patient care to her role as Patient Care Coordinator. With an Associate of Arts degree and a passion for helping people, Kim strives to make every patient encounter successful and meaningful.

Almond Paradise, originally from Oregon, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the role of Patient Care Coordinator. A 20-year Navy Veteran, Almond served as both an Aviation Administrative Clerk and a Hospital Corpsman, earning multiple military awards. With experience in senior in-home care, nursing homes, a podiatry clinic, and various non-profit organizations, Almond’s commitment to patient care is evident in every interaction.
