With over 30 years of leadership in healthcare operations in both clinic and hospital settings, Katie brings extensive experience in financial and operational management, compliance, human resources and staff leadership to the team. With a bachelor’s degree as well as medical coding certifications, Katie has successfully managed multi-disciplinary practices while supporting and strengthening teams, improving workflows and maintaining a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care. She remains committed to operational excellence and sustainable growth in an ever-evolving healthcare environment.  Outside of work, Katie loves to spend time with family and friends, enjoys traveling and new experiences, is an avid reader and loves to spoil her two four-legged kids, Doug and Isabelle.
