Meet Winter

Winter serves as a Patient Care Coordinator at Complete Hearing & Balance. She earned her Associate of Arts degree from South Puget Sound Community College and began her career working in billing roles within a variety of medical clinics, gaining experience in both ophthalmology and audiology practices throughout Thurston County. Having grown up in Lacey, Winter values serving patients within her local community. Her background in medical billing makes her especially skilled at helping patients understand complex insurance information and navigate the details of coverage and authorizations.

Known for her warm and approachable personality, Winter helps patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their care experience. She has a talent for explaining complicated topics in easy-to-understand terms, whether assisting with insurance benefits, medical paperwork, or appointment coordination. Her patient-focused approach, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset make her an invaluable resource for both patients and providers alike.

Winter appreciates the specialized nature of audiology and enjoys working in a field that allows for meaningful, in-depth patient care.

A talented artist, Winter enjoys working across a variety of mediums. She also enjoys spending time with her partner and their cats, listening to audiobooks, cooking and hosting dinner parties for friends and family, gaming, and keeping up with her favorite shows.
