Meet Vivian

Vivian is originally from Nairobi, Kenya, and moved to the United States in the summer of 2021 to further her education. She holds a degree in Business Information Technology as well as an associate degree in Information Systems, with specializations in Project Management and E-commerce.

Vivian began her professional career as a data specialist, primarily training AI systems, but quickly discovered her true passion for serving others and creating meaningful patient experiences. In March 2026, Vivian joined Complete Hearing & Balance as a Patient Care Coordinator, where she gets to do what she loves most; making patients feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. Her goal is to make every appointment feel less like a medical visit and more like catching up with a friend.

Vivian was drawn to audiology after learning about the impactful work Dr. Vega is doing in the Pacific Northwest community. She finds great joy in helping patients experience a second chance at hearing and improving their quality of life.

Outside of work, Vivian enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching a good show, and a newly discovered love of gardening.
