Meet Becci Ryder

Becci Ryder brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our team as Chief Operating Officer. She has spent a decade as the COO of a chiropractic office, preceded by 15 years in the tourism industry. Her diverse background includes six years as the VP of Customer Experience for a specialty coffee roaster and four years as a volunteer firefighter.

Becci holds a BA in Urban Studies with a focus on Community Planning and Development from the University of Washington. Her expertise spans operations, business development, project management, team building, and event management. She is also the President of the Lacey Community Foundation and serves as a Foundation Board Member for South Puget Sound Community College.

Under Becci’s leadership, our team strives to continually learn and grow, ensuring the best experience for our patients and employees every day. In her free time, Becci enjoys yoga, boating, traveling, and gardening.
