Meet Ashley Mangione

Ashley brings over 5 years of experience in patient care, having worked as a Specialized Care Coordinator in two Vision Clinics. Her expertise spans insurance verification, billing & coding, scheduling, and customer care. With a background in supervisory roles, Ashley deeply understands the unique challenges of independently owned businesses and is passionate about supporting them.

Caring for people is at the heart of Ashley’s work. From running her own licensed childcare to helping patients navigate their concerns, she thrives on creating positive experiences. Known for her exceptional communication and empathy, Ashley excels at simplifying complex insurance details and delivering outstanding customer service.

Outside of work, Ashley volunteers in Women’s and Children’s ministry at her local church in Lacey. She values being part of a team that prioritizes patient care, describing her colleagues as a “Mama Bear” group, fiercely committed to excellence.

Ashley has two daughters and her beloved corgi, Sailor. She enjoys the charm of small-town living, exploring the outdoors, playing drums, and spending time on the water.
