Meet Ashley

Ashley is a valued addition to the Complete Hearing & Balance team. As our Lead Patient Care Coordinator, she serves as a key liaison between patients, their families, and our hearing health providers.

Known for her thoughtful approach, Ashley asks insightful questions that help connect patients with the right providers, creating a smooth and efficient care experience. She brings a positive attitude and a great sense of humor to the clinic, fostering a welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues. She genuinely enjoys building relationships and helping patients access the care they need.

Originally from Reno, Nevada, Ashley relocated to the South Sound area with her family in 2012. She brings more than 20 years of customer service experience, which is evident in her ability to connect with each patient on an individual level. Her time as a stay-at-home mom for 10 years further strengthened her adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage the unexpected.

Ashley recently earned her degree in Biblical Studies, reflecting her dedication and strong work ethic. Her faith plays a central role in her life, and she takes great pride in her family, which she considers her greatest accomplishment. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys baking, hiking, traveling, and, of course, a good cup of coffee.
