As the Front Desk Lead at Complete Hearing and Balance, Amanda Orr brings over 21 years of customer service experience and 5 years of patient care expertise to our team. Having been with us for nearly a year, Amanda is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels welcome and well cared for. She finds great satisfaction in going above and beyond for our patients, connecting with them on a personal level, making them laugh, and advocating for their needs.

Amanda is constantly inspired by the incredible amount of care and dedication our team of front desk staff and doctors put into looking after our patients. When she’s not at work, Amanda enjoys reading, traveling, snowboarding, and spending time with her spouse, three children, and beloved fur baby. She also loves cooking and is an avid plant enthusiast.
