Amy brings approximately 13 years of healthcare and medical office experience to her role at Complete Hearing & Balance. She earned her Medical Office Administrative Assistant certificate from Grays Harbor Community College and has supported patients and healthcare teams in podiatry, respiratory care, hearing care, vision care, chiropractic care, and durable medical equipment services.

Her experience includes patient communication, scheduling, insurance, medical records, and the daily operations of busy medical offices. Organized, compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented, Amy takes pride in helping patients feel welcomed, heard, and well cared for from the moment they arrive.

Amy was drawn to hearing healthcare because she believes hearing plays an important role in communication, independence, and quality of life. She values being part of a team that helps people reconnect with the people and experiences that matter most while continuing to learn and grow in the field of audiology.

Originally from Washington’s Grays Harbor area, Amy now calls the Olympia area home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and family, hiking, being outdoors, and relaxing at home with their goldendoodle Bella.
