Meet Kelly

Kelly brings a strong background in customer service, communication, and community engagement to her role at Complete Hearing & Balance. Before entering the hearing healthcare field, she spent nearly two decades in Seattle’s fine dining industry, where she developed exceptional multitasking skills, adaptability, and a talent for anticipating the needs of others. She later worked in advertising for a local radio station after relocating to Olympia in 2021, building strong connections throughout Thurston and Lewis Counties and deepening her involvement in the local community.

Inspired by seeing the life-changing impact hearing care had on her father, Kelly is passionate about helping people stay connected to the moments and relationships that matter most. As Community Outreach & Growth Coordinator, she combines her communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine commitment to educating the community about hearing health and expanding access to care.

Born and raised in Seattle, Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Western Washington University and completed certification studies in Maritime History and Navigation through Sea Education Association (SEA) and Boston University. She spent two months sailing through the Caribbean, an experience that strengthened her resilience, confidence, and determination.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys cooking, spending time on the water, and exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest with her husband.
