Meet Maddi

Maddi earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Central Washington University and previously worked as an Audiology Assistant at two hearing care centers before joining Complete Hearing & Balance. She is currently enrolled in the Hearing Aid Specialist Training Program through the Washington Hearing Society as she works toward becoming a Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Her passion for hearing healthcare comes from being part of a team that supports members of the community throughout their hearing care journey, helping them feel confident, connected, and supported in their daily lives.

Maddi is detail-oriented and known for her calm, focused approach under pressure and her warm personality. Her kind nature and dry sense of humor help create a welcoming experience for patients and make her a valued member of the Complete Hearing & Balance team.

Born and raised in Washington, Maddi enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dogs, gardening, and cheering on the Seattle Mariners.
