Meet Kim Galaktianoff

Kim brings over 21 years of combined experience in patient care to her role as Patient Care Coordinator. With an Associate of Arts degree and a passion for helping people, Kim strives to make every patient encounter successful and meaningful.

Kim has been actively involved in her community, having served on levy committees, citizens for schools, and the PTA. She also ran a clothing bank for the North Thurston School District. While her full-time return to work limited her time for these activities, her dedication to service remains strong.

Kim appreciates the camaraderie at the front desk, where team members support each other behind the scenes. She admires the audiologists’ expertise and willingness to help, especially in navigating the complexities of insurance.

Outside of work, Kim loves her garden, her dog Gema, and cherishes time with her family, including her three daughters and four grandchildren. She enjoys artistic pursuits, although her schedule often limits this. A nature enthusiast, Kim loves wandering along waterfronts, hiking by rivers, and camping by lakes. Having lived in Arizona and Alaska, she finds Washington to be the perfect “happy in between.”

Kim’s love for travel is tempered by her work schedule, but her adventurous spirit remains. She would swim daily if she could and feels fortunate to live in a state that offers the best of both worlds between her former homes in Arizona and Alaska.
